While walking around SoHo one day I noticed hot pink boxwoods in a planter outside a restaurant. Investigating it further, as I absolutely loved the look, I found out it was sprayed that color! What a great idea! I researched and found a color tool spray for plants that allows the plants to breath and grow while completely changing the color.
Since then my front door planted evergreens have never looked the same. Red and Gold for Christmas, pink for Easter and orange for Halloween! Very cool and relatively easy.
This is my Spring Hot Pink Version
So pretty and vibrant for the season. I use Design Master Colortool Spray. For these I used pink Glow for the color. Make sure you cover your planters well with a plastic bag so as not to get any spray on them. Then spray away. It dries super fast and will still grow. So in a month or so you will see pretty green buds all over the shrub. Looks so cool!
